প্রতি বছর ভারতীয় সেনাবাহিনীতে সৈনিক স্কুলের ছাত্র যোগদানের সংখ্যা প্রশংসনীয়।

প্রতিরক্ষা বাহিনীর উল্লেখযোগ্য সংখ্যক অফিসার সৈনিক স্কুল থেকে নিয়োগ হয়ে থাকে প্রতি বছর। সৈনিক স্কুলগুলি  সশস্ত্র বাহিনীতে বিভিন্ন স্তরে উচ্চ খ্যাতিমান অফিসার তৈরি করেছে। প্রায় 150 জন সশস্ত্র বাহিনীর তিন তারকা জেনারেল সৈনিক স্কুল থেকে এসেছেন।

সরকার দেশের ভবিষ্যত

সেনা অফিসারদের তৈরির জন্য স্কুলের আধিকারিকদের ও স্কুলের গুরুত্ব স্বীকার করে।সৈনিক স্কুলগুলি তাদের শিক্ষকদের স্বীকৃতি দেয় যারা তাদের ছাত্রদের ভবিষ্যত গঠনে সহায়ক ভূমিকা পালন করেন। এই ক্ষেত্রে শিক্ষা মন্ত্রণালয়ের শ্রেষ্ঠত্ব পুরস্কারের জন্য তাদের সুপারিশ করার একটি কাঠামোগত ব্যবস্থাও রয়েছে। 

A considerable number of officers in Defence forces are from Sainik Schools. Sainik Schools have truly created nation builders and also highly illustrious leaders especially in the armed forces at various levels. Approximately, 150 Three Star Generals of Armed Forces have been from Sainik Schools.

  The Government recognizes the importance of Sainik Schools in imparting quality education to its cadets for shaping the future leaders of the country. Sainik Schools recognize its teachers who are instrumental in shaping the future of their students and there is a structured mechanism of recommending them for Excellence Awards of Ministry of Education.
