Trishakti Corps organized an exhibition to increase the interest of the youth in the Indian Army

As part of 'Know Your Army' campaign, Trishakti Corps organised weapons and equipment display for students and local populace of North Bengal on 02 and 03 February 2024. The event was organised on two days respectively near St James's High School, Binnaguri and Delhi Public School, Ethelbari. The event was organised with an aim of creating awareness amongst the students and civilians about Indian Army. This event gave visitors a rare opportunity to witness how Indian Army operates a wide range of weapons and equipment to include small arms, Artillery Guns and other specialist weapons. 

The event witnessed overwhelming response with over 1500 students and civilians visiting the display. Besides the weapon display, a stall showcasing various options for youth to join armed forces attracted the attention. The youth were thoroughly guided by Army personnel present at the event. 

Military display of weapons and equipment has been methodology to instil sense of pride and faith towards Armed Forces in hearts and minds of civil populace. The enthralled students seemed inspired and motivated in joining Indian Army in order to serve the nation with utmost dedication.
