Devoted to becoming an engineer, but then chose the army, Martyr Captain Brijesher is the nation's hero.

Four soldiers including an army captain were martyred in an encounter that took place in Doda on Monday night. This martyrdom has caused anger among the people of the entire country including Jammu and Kashmir.
The search operation for terrorists began on Monday in Desa, an area surrounded by forests and high mountains, about thirty kilometers away from the Doda district headquarters of Jammu division. Army, police and CRPF personnel were moving forward, searching every inch of the area in search of terrorists. Meanwhile, an encounter with the terrorists started around 7:30 pm on Monday evening.

After this, additional forces were also called on the spot. At night, there was another encounter with the terrorists. This area remains surrounded by fog during the monsoon season. With this challenge, the brave army personnel kept fighting the terrorists. Also, the terrorists were hiding at high places and the army personnel were fighting the terrorists by moving from bottom to top.
The brave soldiers were giving a befitting reply to the terrorists' bullets with full bravery. Meanwhile, Army Captain Brijesh Thapa, Jawan Nayak D Rajesh, Sepoy Bijendra and Ajay Singh were injured. They were immediately taken to the hospital for treatment, but they could not be saved. Taking advantage of the darkness, the terrorists fled into the dense forest.

With the rays of the sun in the morning, a large-scale search operation has been started once again. The terrorists are being searched with the help of sniffer dogs, drones and other modern weapons. Additional checks are also being done on all the connecting roads along the encounter site.  These sacrifices were made

Captain Brijesh Thapa wanted to join the army since childhood

Captain Brijesh Thapa attained martyrdom in the Doda operation. According to the information, he was a second generation officer from Siliguri, West Bengal. Inspired by his father Colonel B Thapa (Retd) of Garhwal Rifles, he joined the army from OTA Chennai. Since childhood, he wanted to be in the army like his father and always believed in leading from the front. He was in the Army Air Defense. Young Captain Brijesh led from the front in Doda and stopped the terrorists on the mountain top. He made the supreme sacrifice along with three other Indian Army soldiers.

The mortal remains of Captain Brijesh Thapa were taken from the Bengdubi military station to his hometown in Lebong, Darjeeling, on Wednesday.

On July 16, Colonel Bhuwanesh Thapa (retd), father of Captain Brijesh Thapa, remembered his son and said that he is ‘proud’ that his son has done something for the nation and the security of the nation.
