The accident occurred around 6 am on Tuesday on Trans-Arunachal Highway (TAH) near Tapi village under Dumporijo police station jurisdiction, the sources told this daily, and identified the deceased as havildar Nakhat Singh, naik Mukesh Kumar and grenadier Ashish Kumar.
The Army truck, part of a convoy transporting personnel, was heading to Basar in Leparada district from Upper Subansiri district headquarters Daporijo, when the tragic accident took place.
