Indian Coast Guard personnel conferred medals for their exemplary service.

In a grand ceremony held at Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, the Hon’ble 
Raksha Mantri, Shri Rajnath Singh, conferred gallantry, distinguished service, and meritorious service medals to personnel of the Indian Coast Guard (ICG). The prestigious event, marking the 18th Indian Coast Guard Investiture Ceremony, was attended by the Hon’ble Raksha Rajya Mantri, Shri Sanjay Seth, Defence Secretary, Shri Rajesh Kumar Singh, Director General Indian Coast Guard, Paramesh Sivamani, AVSM, PTM, TM, along with senior government officials, senior officers of the ICG, and the families of the awardees.



03 stalwarts of Coast Guard Region (North-East) namely, DIG Anil Kumar Parayil and DIG Himanshu Nautiyal were awarded TM Meritorious Service and Mohit Kumar Yadav, Uttam Navik, was awarded TM Gallantry. These awards serve as a testament to the unwavering courage, valour, and commitment of the ICG personnel, whose contributions have been crucial to the safety and security of India’s vast maritime frontiers.
